CGC Grade 10 starts on April 25th – Steve Pavlina

Conscious Growth Club Open tomorrow (April 25th) and new members are welcome.

Our plans for the next CGC year are different from previous years. The biggest transformation is that we are making the CGC more responsive, adaptive and focused directly on supporting our members as we address the needs and challenges of today and tomorrow.

Rather than overbuilding the CGC years in advance, we designed Year 10 around a set of smaller, more powerful just-in-time containers that more closely approximate what people actually experience in real life. This means more flexibility, more personalization and more relevant and timely support.

I hope CGC can better meet people’s actual situation next year.

The ninth year is a feast of shared exploration. For Year 10, our core focus is on translating emotional aspirations into lived realities – with a particular focus on flow, embodiment, belonging and harmony. However, we are still capable enough to make wonders and play.

Many people don’t need any more information right now. They need support. They need to connect. They need a better place to address their real problems and challenges. They need help with parts of their lives that feel unclear, heavy, sluggish, lonely, or sluggish. They need room to breathe, space to tell their truth, and real solutions.

This personal, adaptable, caring, intelligent social support is even more important now because life is changing so quickly.

Artificial intelligence is accelerating everything. This will certainly continue to impact our lives in unpredictable ways. Therefore, there is a growing need for flexible, adaptable and evolving support.

Our self-development needs are different today than they were a few years ago. That’s why we continue to develop and update CGC every year. The focus this year is on in-depth, rich, timely and personalized support.

This crazy pace of change can be exciting, liberating, and creative. It can also stir up anxiety, overwhelm, disorientation, and a feeling that reality is changing faster than many people know how to metabolize it. Artificial intelligence is only part of the picture. The larger world is one of rapid change, social fragmentation, emotional overload, ideological rigidity, and many people try to cope with it all in isolation.

Even for those who have invested heavily in self-development, this is a difficult combination to deal with. However, it also opens up a world of new opportunities for us, the likes of which we have never experienced in our lifetimes.

We especially need to stay emotionally safe and focused to seize these opportunities, rather than feeling like we’re drowning in threats.

Trying to deal with this alone is foolhardy. The chaos of social media and runaway artificial intelligence will only make people feel more confused, fragmented and overloaded. Therefore, having a strong, smart, conscious community in our lives is more important today, not less.

Not just any community. Not some random group. Not a passive membership where people hide and lurk and never really show up.

I mean an active, intentional, engaged community where people truly connect, understand each other, support each other, and experience change together in a down-to-earth, honest, smart, and harmonious way.

This is where our bigger bet for CGC’s 10th year goes – strong, dedicated, caring, community supportive.

Be honest but gentle. Be strong and compassionate. Be bold and considerate.

Our Year 10 structure includes live calls for support, flow, embodiment, relationships, wonder, play, release and more – all designed to help connect the ideal atmosphere with real-life actions and results. I want the club to do a better job of not only helping members explore and reflect, but also helping members land. Make clearer decisions. Improve relationships. Let go of things that no longer fit. Feeling more like myself again. Act where life gets tricky.

I also want our CGC spaces to feel warmer and more intimate than ever before. So this year we’re injecting more casual hangout functionality so members can spend more time connecting with me, with Rachelle, and with each other as friends. Rachel and I are both very involved in the community because we are committed to it.

I will share the full CGC Grade 10 invitation tomorrow, but here are some of the highlights:

CGC Grade 10

I am very pleased with CGC’s progress in the coming year. It feels cleaner, more powerful, more timely, and very user-friendly. It’s already an incredibly beautiful place, but CGC continues to evolve as our members continue to explore, learn, and grow.

If you’ve been wanting a more supportive, connected, and active way to navigate the next chapter of your life, I think you’ll want to check it out tomorrow when invitations open.

Speaking of vacancies…

I also wanted to mention that we are still accepting in-person registrations Open Las Vegas Events (April 28-30):

This event is coming soon and I’m super excited about it. Many CGCers will be there.

Here’s a little visual observation of the atmosphere Open.

Open Suitable for those who want to be truly in tune with their inner life.

existential life.
honest.
connect.
Peace of mind.
Freedom from taking on so much on your own.

Open For those who are tired of living too much in their own heads or too stuck in old roles, old stresses, and old forms of self-preservation.

Open For those who want to reconnect with something real, vibrant, meaningful and deeply human.

I will be directing this event in Las Vegas as a warm and immersive first-hand experience, and since the group will be very intimate, those who attend will receive a great deal of personal attention.

Smaller groups mean more room for connection, more room for observation, more authentic interactions, and more ability to directly support everyone. So if you’re attracted to this event but maybe wondering what the atmosphere of the event will be like, I think this is going to be a very special experience.

Not crowded.
Not performative.
Not one size fits all.

More personal.
More spacious.
More humane.

If you’ve been craving realignment, softening, clearing, a greater sense of inner alignment, or just a chance to spend a few days with thoughtful, open, caring people who care about living more consciously, I’d love for you to join us.
